How do I place an order?
Easy, if this is your first time to Cookies.com, browse through our delicious selection of cookies, brownies, cakes, tarts and gifts. Just select an item, add a personal message and then select your shipping destination. You can select "myself" and have it shipped to you or you can add a name. Then add it to your Shopping Cart. If you have lots of things on your shopping list, select "Continue Shopping" to return to Cookies.com to add more great treats to your order!
When you've finished filling your shopping cart, proceed to check-out where you'll be asked to provide detailed shipping and billing information. You can sign up for a Cookies.com account and add shipping addresses to your address book. This will make your next visit super fast and easy. If you have any questions, just submit your question on our "Contact Us" page or call customer service.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number associated with the credit card you use. Any incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
What other payment methods do you accept?
We also accept Paypal payments and Google Checkout payments. And of course, we also accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
What are my shipping options?
Cookies.com ships exclusively with UPS and can offer you a discounted shipping rate. We offer flat rate shipping and you may select either 2nd Day Delivery (may ship via ground or air) for $19.99 (includes handling and ice packs when appropriate) or Next Day Air® Delivery for $25.99 per shipping box per address. We offer special savings on shipping of certain products. Please read the shipping section on the product pages to see whether it qualifies for a shipping discount. We also offer Next Day Air® Saturday Delivery for a flat rate of $44.99 for overnight orders placed by 10AM Eastern Time (ET) on Fridays. Please specify in the special delivery date box or comments box that you are confirming Saturday delivery. Also, please make sure you select Next Day Air® Saturday in the shipping section for the proper charge. Special Shipping for Frozen Cookie Dough, Cakes, Cookie Pies and Tarts?
Our frozen cookie dough, cakes, cookie pies and tarts, including cheesecakes, birthday cakes, truffle cakes, chocolate saucy cakes and many of our chocolate-dipped items require special packaging to keep them cold and fresh. Because of the special packaging, each of these items will ship separately.
Warning: In order to prevent frozen items from thawing or chocolate-covered items to melt, we ship many of our products in packaging with either Dry Ice or Ice Packs. Dry Ice is dangerous if not handled properly. Please pay careful attention to the handling instructions enclosed in your shipment. If you do not see handling instructions, please contact Cookies.com customer service immediately.
If I order more than 1 item, will everything ship together?
Not necessarily. If you are shipping multiple items to the same address, we will try to fit two items in a single shipment. This means our flat rate shipping applies to the first box in an order or the first two items to a single shipping address. For orders of more than two items where we'll need to send more than one box, we'll add a surcharge for the extra shipping. For each additional box, we will charge an additional $10.00 for 2nd Day Delivery or an additional $15.00 for Next Day Air®. Items that require special packaging such as Dry Ice or Ice Packs will also ship separately and be subject to the multiple item shipping surcharge.
Where do you ship?
We can only ship within the United States, and yes, Alaska and Hawaii are in the United States! Currently we do NOT ship to Puerto Rico. For shipping and product updates, please provide us your email address and we'll keep you up to date.
Will you ship to a P.O. Box?
No, UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS does not ship to APO/FPO Boxes either. UPS will only deliver to street addresses.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
Because we want your package to arrive fresh and delicious, we have a few rules around shipping days. Our shipping schedule is designed to minimize shipping time in order to maintain the freshest possible products.
All orders received before 10AM Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Wednesday will be processed and shipped on that day (except on holidays) as long as the products are in stock. All orders received after 10AM ET will be processed and shipped by the following business day. Saturday delivery is only available for orders received by 10AM ET on Friday for overnight delivery. Please note that because our products are perishable and we don't want them sitting in a shipping center, we will not ship over the weekends. This means we do NOT deliver on Mondays. This also means that orders received after 10AM ET on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will be processed the following Monday for 2nd Day Delivery shipment.
We reserve the right to ship multiple items to the same address in separate shipments on different delivery dates based on availability and shipping requirements. We will make every effort to bundle multiple items ordered to the same shipping address.

Can I ship to multiple locations in the same order?
Yes, when you add a product to your shopping cart, please be sure to indicate where you’d like it sent by selecting a name from the “Send to” pull-down menu. If you’d like to add a recipient, please enter the name in the “or add names” box. You will be prompted at checkout to fill in the shipping details for any new recipients. You will be charged a separate shipping charge for each individual address.
Can I add a personal message with my gift order?Yes, please fill in the optional gift message box when adding an item to your shopping cart. Please don't forget to spell-check your message since we can't make edits to your personal message. No Internet? No problem!You can always call Cookies.com at 1-877-253-GIFT (4438) to place your order. Can I specify a future shipping date?
If you would like your shipment to be delivered on a future date, please let us know in the comment field (last stage of the checkout process). Can I track my package?Once we ship your package, you will receive an e-mail with the UPS tracking number. You can track your package by entering the tracking number at UPS.com. Can I confirm that my order went through or check the status of my order?Yes, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation from Cookies.com after you place the order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your Cookies.com account. Once your order ships you will receive a UPS tracking number for your order. What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?It is VERY important that you ensure the accuracy and completeness of your shipping and billing information. If an order doesn’t make it to its intended destination because of an incorrect or incomplete address, UPS may attempt to contact the intended recipient with the phone number provided. If UPS can’t make the delivery, they will ship the product back to us. If you decide at that point you’d like us to try again, we will charge you for the additional shipping costs.
The GoodsDo your cookies, cakes, brownies, tarts, and other products contain nuts?Some of our products contain nuts, peanut butter, coconut, macadamia nuts, or pecans. Even our products that don’t contain nuts are produced in facilities that make products that do contain nuts. To play it safe, if you have food allergies, we do NOT recommend eating our goods, as much as that pains us to say. Instead, take pleasure in giving your favorite cookie, brownie or cake to your friends. Are your products kosher?Yes, all of our products are certified kosher dairy except for a few select products including our Mountain Berry tarts and Bacca di Montagnia cake. Are any of your products sugar-free?Yes, if you need to eliminate sugar from your diet, you will find a selection of sugar-free cookies and cakes. Please let us know about the problem by signing into your Cookies.com account and providing us the reason for your dissatisfaction. Please submit a Replacement Merchandise Authorization (RMA) describing the reason for your dissatisfaction. Since we are talking about perishable goods, we require you to notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your RMA, we will send a replacement item.
